ID:17040087 / It’s no secret that this angle is amongst my favourites to capture the old town of Lucerne. The chapel bridge (Kapellbrücke) dates back to the early 1300’s. In 1993 the bridge was nearly completely destroyed by a big fire. Fortunately a small part of the historic triangle shaped paintings could be saved. This particular photo angle shows all these paintings lined up in sequence.
